A personal trainer is someone who is tertiary qualified and has specialist knowledge in exercise prescription, program design and many facets of health and fitness (not someone that has an 8 week course behind them). Once your personal trainer has become fully aware of your goal(s), a specifically designed program can be created to achieve them.
